ABASCO turbidity curtains (also called turbidity barriers, silt curtains, or silt barriers) contain the silt and sediments stirred by in-water or near-water construction activities and by dredging operations. Turbidity Curtains for All Project Situations

Manufactured to exacting standards, ABASCO turbidity curtains feature premium materials, reinforcement of all highly stressed areas (corners, flotation pocket hinge points, section ends) and furling systems for easy curtain deployment and retrieval. Standard fabric is 18-oz and 22-oz PVC-coated polyester. A woven or nonwoven filter fabric is also available (see specifications). We offer three basic grades of turbidity curtains, based on anticipated hydrodynamic forces:
